Steps in commissioning @_shermie :
| 1. Directly message me on Twitter me the following -> | Your name, type of art you want and references I can use. | |
| 2. Upon acceptance of commission, you MUST pay the total commission price BEFORE work can begin. | ||
| 3. Once the line-art sketch is finished, it will be sent to you for review and approval. | I accept revisions at this stage ONLY. Please list down and send all applicable edits then wait for a confirmation message. I will not accept revisions after this stage. | Cancellation and full refund is accepted up until this stage. |
| 4. The final render will be sent to you within 14 days after the date of payment confirmation | 14 days does not count weekends. |
Commission Rules
Please specify the ideal image orientation (portrait or landscape) and image size limit (in pixels)
Rush orders not accepted.
The artist's timezone is GMT+8, please note the communication factors. Rest assured I will send the lineart sketch and final renders once I am available.
The artist reserves the right to cancel an order with explanation
The artist reserves full ownership rights to the art.
The artist will draw the pieces in their style (see twitter for samples)
Commissions are for PERSONAL use only. Details for commercial/ branding use can be discussed.
Cancellation and refund of orders are accepted from the moment the order is placed until the sketching phase.
If you cancel the order and are yet to receive the initial lineart sketch, you will receive 100% refund of your payment.
If the order is cancelled after the sketch is accomplished, you will receive 80% refund of your payment. You are not to keep or distribute the sketch, and the message containing the sketch will be destroyed.
You are not to distribute the artist's Paypal or Gcash information without the artist's consent.
If you wish to commission the artist, you must agree to these terms. Breaking any of the mentioned terms merit automatic cancellation of order with NO refunds.
